YES, because it shares one of its objectives, which is to get more enhancing relationships.


NO, because it encompasses much more and for many more people, who do not "negotiate" as such in their daily lives, but who face or should face challenging conversations.



3) Is it a sales course then? Yes and no.


YES, because when sellers do the program, they end up with many more tools to increase their level of personal influence and end up selling more and forging closer ties with their customers.


NO, because many non-salespeople carry out the program and end up with many more tools to gain influence and personal impact with others.



4) Is it a communication course? Yes and no.


YES, because you will learn communication patterns and tools that will allow you to be more clear, concise and persuasive speaking and writing emails.


NO, because you are not only going to learn communication tools. You will learn to think differently, to strengthen ties, to be bolder, to have a better time with others.
