ENTUSIASTICS is a company founded by Javier Alonso whose main mission is to help teams accelerate their growth through 3 pillars: (i) implement a universal culture of  objectives and KPIs (ii) foster leadership throughout the company (iii) deliver soft skills training so that everyone becomes much productive from both an interpersonal and interpersonal point of view.


With their entire team, they have trained more than 3,000 people in interpersonal skills from multiple sectors such as auditing, automobile, banking, commodities, consumer goods, insurance, online marketing agencies and technology.


Prior to this, Javier spent over 8 years driving business development for internet companies such as Google, where he got his ambition to make interactions both productive and human.


He has lived in Chicago, Copenhagen, Kuala Lumpur, London, Madrid, Miami, Paris and currently lives in Barcelona. 


Javier is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
