OKRs

OKRs help the whole company pull in the same direction—as long as they’re defined well. In this workshop, every participant leaves with clearly defined OKRs for their team and a tracking system that works.

• 1. What OKRs are – How they differ from traditional management by objectives (MBO) and when to use them.
• 2. Define objectives and key results – How to write inspiring objectives and measurable key results.
• 3. Turn them into tasks – From OKRs to the work you do each week.
• 4. Track progress – Regular check-ins and CFRs (conversations, feedback and recognition).
• 5. Apply it to your team – Hands-on practice: define OKRs for your own role and your team.

Format

4–8-hour workshop, with optional implementation support. In person or live online. Available in Spanish, English, French or Catalan. Eligible for FUNDAE funding.
