Projects running late, resources not showing up and teams unsure of who’s doing what. This course gives your project managers the skills to plan, track and deliver on time using both traditional and agile methodologies.

• 1. Assess and design – Techniques for assessing the starting point and designing the project.
• 2. Plan realistically – Reliable time estimates, planning with limited resources and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• 3. Lead the project team – Team dynamics, project leadership and integrating projects into the organisation’s day-to-day operations.
• 4. Track progress – Metrics, results evaluation and project control.
• 5. Work agile – Agile methodologies for changing environments.

Format

4 sessions of 4 hours (adaptable). Groups of 15–20 people. In person or live online. Available in Spanish, English, French or Catalan. Eligible for FUNDAE funding.
